Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

At MilloFabrics.com, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for your convenience. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing:
Order processing typically takes 1 business day. Once your order is processed, we ship it the same day or within 48 hours if ordered over the weekend. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order and the destination, which will be calculated at checkout. We offer domestic shipping through USPS or UPS.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment.

Free Shipping:
We offer free domestic and international shipping via USPS for orders over $99. To check if your order qualifies for free shipping, use the Shipping Fee Calculator in the shopping cart. Please note that free shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

International Shipping:
We proudly offer international shipping to customers worldwide. All international orders are subject to a flat shipping rate of $50. This includes all brokerage fees, but customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery.

International shipments are fully insured and listed at full retail value. Delivery typically takes 15 to 20 business days, excluding any potential customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are non-refundable.


Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, we offer the following return options:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This policy applies to all web orders; Etsy store orders are subject to a different return policy (exchanges or credit only).
  • The returned goods must be in new, unused condition, free from stains, odors, or any other signs of use.
  • Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Process:
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Return items to the following address:

  2. Include a copy of your receipt with the return and indicate whether you’re requesting an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  3. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. MilloFabrics will not be responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery to our returns office.
  4. If your return meets all conditions, we will process the return and credit your original form of payment. If the conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you with an explanation.
