Prices and Availability

All prices listed on MilloFabrics.com are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, MilloFabrics.com reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again with the correct information.

MilloFabrics.com does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on the website. If the item selected for purchase is not available, we will make every effort to contact you to notify you of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically sent confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit. MilloFabrics.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. Returns are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is separate from our retail store policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for return, the items must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any other condition that would prevent them from being resold as new. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt.

Special orders, custom products, fragrances, soaps, and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Repair Policy:
Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. The determination of reasonable wear and tear will be at the discretion of MilloFabrics.com.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. MilloFabrics.com will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to our returns office.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within the state of Florida at the applicable local tax rate.

Order Changes

If you need to change your order, please email hello@millofabrics.com as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.

Shipping Policy

We ship domestically using USPS or UPS.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to all countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. MilloFabrics.com is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipping time varies by destination but generally takes 3 to 5 business days. Fragrance products may not be shipped internationally.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. MilloFabrics.com ships packages Monday through Friday.

Privacy Policy

At MilloFabrics.com, your privacy is our priority. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. The information you submit to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers who are processing your order or assisting with your requests. Any information we collect is used solely to enhance your experience and provide better service in the future. If we make any changes to our Privacy Policy, we will update this page accordingly.
